Garlic Chicken Casserole

2 lbs chicken breast cubed
1 box rotini
1 1lb package california blend veggies
1-2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 onion minced
approx. 1/2 cup olive oil
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste

in a large pan cook chicken, garlic and onion in olive oil
cook rotini according to package
when those are done, add rotini and veggies to the chicken
add garlic salt and pepper to taste
cook on low until veggies are done
